Multiparty Video Conference
The host just needs to select the participants from the Skype Contacts list, right click to see options and select “Call a Group”. The host then clicks “Yes” to the VuRoom confirmation popup and the multiparty video conference is underway.
Invite any of your Skype Contacts
Call participants, other than the host, need not have VuRoom installed to participate in the video conference. The participant can join by simply clicking the URL provided in their Skype text chat window.
Invite anyone with a Browser and a Telephone
The host can also invite participants who are not logged in to Skype. Anyone with a browser and a telephone can participate in the conference.
Share Slides, Videos and Desktop
In VuRoom, any user with presentation rights can share her slides, videos, and desktop. The VuRoom call host can transfer the presentation rights to any of the participants in the call, thereby enabling true collaboration.
Personal ViVu Folder
VuRoom users can store content (slides/videos) in their Personal ViVu Folder enabling quick and easy access to content for on-the-fly collaboration.
