There are a few ways to get to the Cuatro Islas.
- From Tacloban. Take a flight into Tacloban Airport. From Tacloban, arrange a driver to drive you to the Inopacan Town Hall.
- From Hilongos, Baybay City or Ormoc. These cities are all quite close to Inopacan.
