Island HomeFinder is a partnership between the Sovereign Housing Association, Southern Housing Group, Vectis Housing Association and ourselves. It replaces traditional allocation of housing where Lettings Officers match applicants to vacancies.

You can upload documents directly to Island HomeFinder on your My Account page. Once you have submitted your Housing application, it will be assessed and placed in one of five housing need bands. Applicants with an urgent need for rehousing are normally placed in Band 1, while those with a lower level of need are placed in lower bands.
