The Duelyst servers shut down permanently in February 2020, developer Counterplay Games has announced. The squad-based tactical role-playing collectible card game hybrid goes dark on 27th February 2020.
Why did Duelyst shut down?
Counterplay announced in January 2020 that due to declining player counts, the online servers for Duelyst will be shut down on February 27, 2020 at 3PM PST, and the game will become unplayable after that.

Another great change from the CCG formula is Duelyst’s ‘Replace’ mechanic. Once a turn, you can mulligan a card from your hand to draw a different one. This allows decks to be significantly more consistent, which is important to making Duelyst feel like a tactics game in addition to a card game.
