What is E471? It is an emulsifier and stabilizer that is used to make some foods. Several foods seems cannot be avoided from the use of E471 especially in baking process to make bread or anything. I have searched few websites and Jabatan Agama Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) website in order to do the research on E471.
