How do I reserve a yurt Mount Madonna?
Description: Please contact the Reservations Office at 408-355-2201 Monday-Friday from 8:30-12pm and 1pm-4pm for instructions on how to obtain the key to the yurt. For after hours questions please call Mt Madonna’s Ranger Office if you 408-842-2341 or 408-842-6761. A key is required to get inside the yurt.

Is there water at Mt Madonna?
All sites include potable water, food lock boxes, picnic tables, and a barbeque pit. Each campground has a clean and well-maintained restroom with flushing toilets. Lone Pine and Azalea picnic areas are close to the Valley View Campgrounds and offer dozens of tables and barbecue pits as well as picnic shelters.
Why did mt Madonna Inn close?
Caltrans closures of Highway 152 about five years ago limited business. The Mt. Madonna Inn closed temporarily during the road construction. Eventually, the owner leased the facility out to a Mexican bandolero, which ran into trouble for having non-permitted live music.

Does Mount Madonna allow dogs?
Dogs are permitted on all trails within the park as long as they’re on a leash. You and your pooch will have several paths to choose from, including the 0.3-mile Iron Springs Trail, the four-mile Tie Camp Loop, or the 6.1-mile White Deer Loop that takes you to Mount Madonna’s summit.
Is Mount Madonna Hanuman temple open?
We are closing Mount Madonna Center (where the Temple is located) to all day visitors in order to mitigate any potential spread of the Corona virus.
Is there cell service at Mt Madonna?
“Lovely, quiet park but no cell service ” We really had a nice time staying in Mt Madonna. It is a gorgeous park with level but unpaved site (Sites can be small so make sure to check site sizes). We were able to get our 20′ Bambi in the site pretty easily but had a hard time getting our truck in the site as well.
Does the Madonna Inn have anything to do with Madonna?
No. We do see the obvious connection to the Queen of Pop, however there is no affiliation. Madonna Inn is named after the surname of it’s creators – Alex and Phyllis Madonna. Alex and Phyllis married on December 28th, 1949 at Little Church of the West in Las, Vegas, Nevada.
