Go to Ministry of home affairs website by typing in address of web browser, http://fcraonline.nic.in the following screen will be displayed. After clicking on FCRA online forms link from previous screen , the following screen will be displayed.

- Step 2 – Enter Details. You have to give details of your organization – NAME, MOBILE and EMAIL.
- Step 3 – Verify OTPs. Once you submit, OTPs will be send to your email and mobile.
- Step 4 – Create Password.
Is darpan ID mandatory?
The Portal facilitates VOs/NGOs to obtain a system generated Unique ID, as and when signed. The Unique ID is mandatory to apply for grants under various schemes of Ministries/Departments/Governments Bodies.
