Servings at CAVAS follow the idea of Spanish tapas, small plates to be shared. We recommend at least three dishes per person to have a full experience with pairings. Is cavas open on New Year’s Eve?
CAVAS does have a few reservations available for New Years Eve so please call for reservations. We will be open an additional hour (until 10PM) on New Years Eve. Due to recent surges in positive Covid-19 tests nationwide, Cavas staff wear masks and we ask that you too wear a mask when visiting Cavas.
