Can I see flag on Moon with a telescope?

Yes, the flag is still on the moon, but you can’t see it using a telescope. I found some statistics on the size of lunar equipment in a Press Kit for the Apollo 16 mission. Can you still see the Moon landing site with a telescope?

Short answer: Theoretically, yes, but practically, no. It would take an incredibly powerful telescope to see signs of moon landings on the lunar surface, and even the best telescopes we have today are not remotely powerful enough to capture clear images of those signs.
