Where is ID services at ETSU?
Our office is open for all walk-ins! Come by the Welcome Center on the 2nd floor of the D.P. Culp Student Center for new ID cards, replacements, access coding, and account assistance.
How do I get a new ETSU ID?
A new card should be obtained as soon as possible by going to the Campus ID Services Office. A replacement fee of $20.00 plus tax will be charged. Please notify us if you have deactivated your account so that we are able to reactivate it once a new card has been made.

How to GET ETSU Student ID?
All ETSU students can receive an ID card once they are registered for classes. By being registered for classes, students automatically have access to many features and opportunities just by using their ID card!
What are flex dollars Etsu?
These funds are reloaded each semester with the specified amount when the meal plan is purchased. Dining Dollars and Flex Dollars roll over from fall to spring semesters, but they will expire at the end of the spring semester.

What is ID BUC$? ID BUC$ is the main debit card program on campus. Students, Faculty, and Staff can use ID BUC$ by depositing to your ID card! Accepted all over campus for food, printing, books/supplies, various offices, vending, and laundry, ID BUC$ is one of the most used features on campus!

How do I get my meal plan at ETSU?
An application is required and can be requested by emailing [email protected]. All meal plans purchased in the fall are a two-semester (fall and spring) commitment. All Block Plans and Commuter Anytime Plans are taxable.
How do I change my meal plan Etsu?
Students may change their Anytime Dining Plan to another Anytime Plan with no penalties before the second day of class by sending an email from your ETSU email account to [email protected].
Does ETSU have single dorms?
A limited number of smaller, single-person rooms in all halls are available. More commonly, students may pay double for a private unit in all halls except Centennial Hall and Buccaneer Ridge. See our rates for these amounts.

First-Year students are eligible to live in any on-campus housing option, aside from Buccaneer Ridge Apartments which requires a student have 30 credit hours for eligibility.
