Is TxDOT and NTTA the same?
NTTA as the region’s tolling services provider performs tolling services for all TxDOT TSA transactions on a non-discriminatory basis; same level of tolling services as for other TSAs and NTTA customers. Toll revenue from TxDOT managed lanes goes to TxDOT; TxDOT is paid when payment is received by NTTA.
Can you settle with NTTA?
If you were the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of the violation(s), you are still responsible for settling all tolls and fees, or until a payment plan has been arranged with the NTTA.
How do I dispute a Ntta charge?
All disputes concerning your Account, including Page 5 Rev. 6-1-17 5 any claim for damages, must be submitted in writing to: NTTA Customer Service Center, P.O. Box 260928, Plano, TX 75026-0928 within 120 days from the date the toll, fee, or charge was charged to your Account or your damage was incurred.

Does NTTA work in other states?
No. Technology in the older hard-case TollTag is not compatible with the tolling systems in other states. Only the sticker Tollag will work on toll roads in these two states and provide TollTag members with the same discounted rate K-TAG and PIKEPASS customers receive.
Does NTTA accept EZ TAG?
Published on: May 6, 2020 Yes. All Harris County operated toll road lanes designated with an EZ TAG-ONLY sign will also accept your TxTag or NTTA TollTag for payment, provided your account is in good standing and the vehicle’s license plate is registered with your tag.
Does NTTA work in Florida?
