Can you get SAT past papers?
There are now four sets of SATs past papers (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) that can be used to prepare for the 2022 SATs and 2023 SATs. You should download all of these to help your child prepare for their SATs.

Are there SATs in year 9?
Life without SATs Key Stage 3 SATs will be replaced by improved classroom assessment by teachers and frequent reporting to parents in years 7, 8, and 9. There will be also be a stronger focus on one-to-one tuition and catch up support for children in the first years of secondary school.
Do KS3 SATs still exist?

What is SPaG?
SPaG is an abbreviation for spelling, punctuation and grammar. Children have always been taught how to use punctuation and how to spell. However, with the implementation of the new primary curriculum, children are now expected to learn grammar to a fairly high level.
