Nope,Mech Commander 1 and 2 are Real Time Strategy (RTS) games. Battletech is a Turn Based Strategy (TBS) game. The format of playing is different. Yes I would love a new Mech Commander and would back it like I did Battletech but there is no mention of a new game in development.
