Can you camp anywhere on Lake Jocassee?
Camping is not permitted along any other areas of shoreline or on any of the islands located on Lake Jocassee. These sites must be reserved for a minimum of two nights and may be reserved by calling our toll-free number at 1-866-345-7275. No water, electricity, restroom or dock access is available for these sites.
Do you need a reservation for Devils Fork State Park?
Most campsite reservations require at least a 2-night stay. Some locations and dates may require longer stays. Devils Fork also offers Villa and Day-Use Facility reservations. Review camping policies.
What does boat in campsite mean?
Boat-in Campgrounds at Lake Oroville are only accessible by boat. Each campground has a number of campsites, some as many as 26, others as few as 5. During periods of low water the campsites may be a significant distance from the water. Campers must camp in a designated campsite.
