Is the Stormhawk good?
Overall: Not too much to say on this one. It seems pretty much designed to do one role in the army. If you know you are likely to be facing a lot of Fly units, I would say the Stormhawk Interceptor is a good choice.

The Stormhawk Interceptors will only relax their air superiority when the mission is complete, although during prolonged engagements they are known to return to base in order to re-supply A Stormhawk flyer wing of the Black Templars Chapter in combat.
