How long does Zoom spray tan last?

This technology uses the self-tanning agent, DHA, to increase dark color. DHA is a sugar cane extract that chemically darkens the protein in the skin, the more DHA used the darker the shade of brown. The color typically lasts for four-to-seven days and is seen within two-to-four hours after application.
How long after Zoom Tan can you shower?
6-8 hours
After your spray tan, we recommend waiting a MINIMUM of 6-8 hours before you shower (rinse only) or get wet to make sure the spray completely sets into your skin. Waiting longer, if possible, is even better for maximum results.
How long to leave on spray tan?
You can leave the solution on for 12 hours at most. Any longer and you may actually develop streaking.
Are tanning beds safe?
Tanning beds are NOT safer than the sun. Science tells us that there’s no such thing as a safe tanning bed, tanning booth, or sun lamp. Just one indoor tanning session can increase the risk of developing skin cancer (melanoma by 20%, squamous cell carcinoma by 67%, and basal cell carcinoma by 29%).
What does a Level 5 tanning bed do?
The level 5 tanning beds are our highest-intensity and highest-quality tanning beds. Sessions are six to ten times stronger than Level 1. Tanners who use the Instant level 5 beds can get a dark, natural base tan in only two to three sessions, making it the absolute fastest way to get a natural, golden glow.
Does Zoom Tan have lay down beds?
All of our UV tanning units are stand-up booths within their own private, lockable rooms for your safety and comfort. Our tanning equipment provides a full coverage tan without streaks and white spots that lay down tanning beds give you. They also ensure a cleaner tanning experience and a higher quality tan.
Do you wear a bra for a spray tan?
When deciding what to wear to a spray tan session, always choose loose clothing that won’t rub on your skin. Flowy dresses and skirts, or loose-fitting jumpsuits without elastic are ideal. If you’re comfortable, avoid wearing a bra or underwear, which tends to cling to skin and may cause discoloration.
Can I wait 24 hours to shower after spray tan?
We recommend waiting at least 4-8 hours after your spray tan before you shower for the first time, but don’t wait more than 24 hours. When you shower for the first time after getting a spray tan, you’ll probably see some golden glow wash down the drain, but don’t worry!
