Can you cancel Clubcard boost?
Unless otherwise stated, you cannot change or cancel your booking once booked or ordered and no refunds or re-credits of Clubcard Vouchers will be given in these circumstances, however unused and in-date Tokens can be returned to us for a points refund.
Can Tesco vouchers be refunded?
Once you have exchanged your Clubcard vouchers for a Reward Partner code, we can’t exchange or refund it. Clubcard vouchers will not be refunded if you cancel or change your booking.
Can I reverse Clubcard vouchers?
My Clubcard Account No; unused, expired or redeemed Reward Partner codes can’t be refunded or exchanged for something else.
How long are Tesco Clubcard boost vouchers valid for?

Your vouchers are valid for 2 years. Once they’ve expired, you won’t be able to use them, so make sure you don’t lose track of them!
Can Tesco vouchers be used for alcohol?
Can I spend Tesco Clubcard vouchers on alcohol? Yes you can. They can be put towards a food or drink shop.
How do I change my Tesco vouchers to boost?
Log into the Tesco Clubcard website and check for unspent vouchers. You’ll see a tab saying “my vouchers” and this will list the ones you still have to spend. You can print the vouchers to use them in store or note down the number and visit the Boost website to exchange them.
How do I claim my Tesco vouchers?
To claim your money back all you’ll need to do is log in to the Clubcard section on Tesco.com and click on the “My Vouchers” tab, which shows your voucher history, including which points haven’t been spent yet. These unused ones can then instantly be spent online.

Clubcard key fobs may be used by anyone who is resident at the same registered address. Clubcard cards, key fobs, coupons and vouchers remain the responsibility of the Clubcard member, as do any security details relating to the account.
Can I still use out of date Tesco vouchers?
No, Tesco’s Reward Partner vouchers are non-refundable, even if they haven’t been used. They’re generally valid for six months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Can I use my Tesco vouchers to buy cigarettes?
Excludes tobacco products, stamps, saving stamps, Cafe, lottery products, prescription medicines, infant formula milk, gift cards, travel money, and E top-ups. Other products may also be excluded at the discretion of Tesco.
