E comment card submissions are anonymous unless the customer provides contact information. ICE does not track or log user identification information except for what the customer provides on the comment card.

Who reads Ice complaints?

Each submission is read and acknowledged by the service provider manager – a designated person in charge of ICE comments for a particular service or directorate. The service provider manager then must follow up with the customer within three U.S. business days if a response was requested.
How do ice Comments work?
Be specific and avoid writing angry or threatening comments. When drafting an ICE comment, describe the situation with as much detail as possible. Explain exactly what you want done and include names, times, dates and locations — all information ICE managers can use to substantiate your concerns to provide solutions.
