Can I leave Manic Panic in overnight?
Manic panic is basically container and pigment. There’s no need to mix it with more conditioner unless you want a lighter color. It is safe to leave overnight, it’s like a deep conditioner (even without mixing any in) just put a shower cap or a plastic bag over your hair and sleep on it.
