How do you get into the scroll temple without a Daggerfall?
Non-Daggerfall players must control the tower near the gate that controls entry to the scroll temple. Once you took ownership of the nearby tower, the gate opens and you can get in by distracting the guards with siege weapons (i.e. ballista) while you run through the gate.
