One ball (cue ball) is used to hit other balls (stripes or solids) into the side and corner pockets. This is the only multiple ball sport that I could think of that is internationally competitive. Even if there are other sports that involve multiple ball play, billiards is by far the most popular multi-ball sport.
What does win 2 mean?
Example: You say first to 5 but the score is 5-4, then you have a “win by 2” to win. Meaning that you continue playing until the score is 6-4, 7-5, 8-6, etc.
