- Copy all of its content into the root of your USB device.
- Turn ON PS2.
- Look for wLaunchELFLaunchELF and launch it.
- Plug it in your USB device into PS2.
- Look for “FMCBInstaller.
- Select install -> Normal -> Memory card in slot 1 or 2 (depending where you want to install FMCB):
