How to write about child abuse

Child abuse, one of the most common forms of violence, is defined by researchers as practice when a person causes another person to feel pain or discomfort, deliberately or unintentionally. It’s also worth mentioning in a research paper on child abuse that tourists in idylls are frequent victims of this type. In countries like America or United Kingdom around 35,000 children are killed in this way. Even more, with the assistance of social services and psychologists, parents are trying to do the best for the kids. Everyday heroes are a part of this problem. The people who actually matter at this stage are not good at all.

The concept of juvenile justice initially applied to special courts for minors, which appeared at the end of the XIX century. Writing the juvenile delinquency incarceration and criminal justice system essay, say that purely judicial juvenile justice began to turn into a juvenile system. It is already formed in some countries and tries to win positions all around the world. The juvenile justice system gradually included the bodies of social supervision over the situation of the child in the family, the promotion of children’s education on health issues, and later, sexual education. Juveniles are a social group that is particularly sensitive to the negative consequences of economic, social and spiritual upheavals. Therefore, many researchers note the social alienation of adolescents and their willingness to escape life’s problems in the world of alcohol and drugs, lack of life prospects, opportunities to be realized in socially useful activities, a sense of purposelessness of existence, rejection in the family, social orphanhood, and social oppression. All this is a very serious matter to write about if you’re looking for juvenile delinquency research paper topics. The social alienation of adolescents has become a common thing. The external ease of juvenile existence may be compared with the external show of shame and humiliation which are so uncommon that they are imposed on society as a kind of exception. In the juvenile delinquency essay introduction, it is essential to note that the role of social supervision is much more modest and unobtrusive. Juveniles are a kind of exception to the general rules. And this is their peculiarity. The external influence of the family is usually much more subtle than the influence of social ostracism, which, in the main part, tends to take the form of the following forms:

  • Quasi-family. The family consists of two or more children and their parents. They provide the child with a sense of security and care. Most parents believe that juveniles are the most vulnerable persons fully entitled to protection.
  • Secondary family. The second children’s family is a mix of the first two. The child lives with his parents, communicates with them, and very often suffers from the cruelty of adults, especially against children. The sense of insecurity and alienation of children from parents is manifested, in the fact that they tend to hide their feelings. Disturbance of family is observed: parents do not force their children to do something they do not like, and adults, in most cases, do not accept children’ thoughts and do not welcome their reflections.
  • Third family. The third family is characterized by the separation of the main part: the adult and the child (sometimes a girl and a boy) do not communicate, do not show emotions. The child feels alienated and unwanted, and therefore, manifests his feelings in activity. The main thing that the child wants to say is something very basic, which the parent denies him at all.
  • Adolescence is a period of the most intense group life of the juvenile. The first acquaintance with the adult world is the training of self-discipline, reactions to external stimuli. We know that the teenager is a “primitive” in the family. As a rule, he is the oldest and the most vulnerable person.

The need for sexual contact is typical for teenagers. In marriage, he provides a multitude of ways to receive pleasure and feelings from others: socialization, sexual services, child gratification.

Having gained adulthood, a person is faced with immense transformations. The need for socialization is mainly associated with the loss of the value of personal relationships. The person can’t receive the satisfaction from own deeds, but has to rely on own personality.

The teenager is mediated by his surroundings. The external, physical nature of his surroundings and relationship with others depend on him. This leads to a violation of the norm of social relations. The micro-level approach to the environment, the flexibility of the individual, leads to a violation of the perception of own personality. This is a form of abnormality in the family.

Social character is violated by the influence of social stereotypes, public opinion, ideology on the family. The generation of a person is determined by the position of the family as a social institution.

Because of the unchanging value of the family, the individual does not change his value system for marriage. Even after divorce, the child retains the value of birth.
