How to write about freedom of speech and censorship

This article is for everyone who is interested in politics and the Constitution on the United States. We will discuss how to write about the problem of human rights and how to start the article.

There are many interpretations of the concept of freedom of speech. Let’s consider a few of them:

  • Equality of outcome/result. It means the possibility of obtaining the same result as another person. It is evident that equality of outcome is achieved when all individuals have the same basic values and beliefs.
  • Equality of opportunity (sometimes equality of access and equality of life chances). It means the possibility of obtaining the same result as another person, whether it is the result of her labour, professional activity, family, social activity, religious activities, etc.

  • Equality of opportunity is a social category, the opportunity to which individuals are entitled, for example, freedom of speech, property, freedom of movement, citizenship, family, property, freedom of thought, conscience, religion, convictions, work, rest and education.
  • Equality of outcome is a social category, the opportunity which individuals are entitled, for example, freedom of speech, property, and justice.

From this perspective, the working legislation enabled the working people to firmly and effectively challenge the right of monopoly to distribute their income, as well as to establish the principle of social responsibility, maintaining inequality between the middle class and the upper class.
  • Justice. The protection of the individual, especially the right to justice, is based on the activity of the authorities in the implementation of which depends on the quality of law and practice of its application. The range of rights is not only limited but also quite extensive, including civil liberties, human rights, freedoms, justice.
  • Consistency of action. In the framework of the law, the subject is required to act in accordance with the natural law, in conformity with its principles, including international and constitutional ones.
  • Good and bad outcomes, the consolidation of the common since the start of the action.
  • Balance of factors. The conflict is represented as a set of differences between the causes and consequences of the phenomenon.
  • Different image of the phenomenon. For example, the image of a factor is different for each characteristic of the cause of unemployment.
