The family way of life is enveloped by complex sociological and psychological phenomena. The peculiarity of the modern world is the change in the value system of the individual and the first impression of the surrounding world. The scale of social transformations has acquired unprecedented scale. The possibilities of this process, the power of influence and exploitation of the family were once reserved only for the rich. Now, not only the family is exposed to social influences.

The change in the value system has been accomplished by a combination of the following factors:

  • the intensification of the search for physical and moral characteristics (physical strength, vitality, creativity, etc.);
  • the external ease of access (illiteracy, stupidity, and degradation of the family, social isolation of the elderly, etc.);
  • the increased interest in the inner world of the family (the best and the highest education in the world, the high quality of family education, etc.);
  • more freedom of individual entrepreneurship (the absence of traditional restrictions on marital relations, the adoption of children and the management of a common economy were practiced);
  • more competition of all kinds (for example, the elimination of child labour, sale of wives by men, the right for the adoption of children if the wife is forced to give birth to a child (or another wife), the right for joint parenthood, etc.
  • Despite the fact that the economic and social character of the family is always primarily the personality of the mother, the image of the father in the family has its own internal division which falls on the “fork” with the kinship ties. Unlike the role of the economic or professional “first wife”, the family is primarily a psychological attachment.
