New DWP Documents Delta Dental of Iowa has been administering the Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) since 2014. Recently, the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) and Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) announced a modified program that will serve all current Medicaid adults on the current fee-for-service and DWP in one combined program.
