I understand a bit about Vsync. I know that when it is on it synchronizes your FPS with that of your monitor’s refresh rate and can give more stability opposed to having Vsync off, unless you have a weak graphics card that can’t produce enough FPS to synchronize with your refresh rate.
How bad was your game without Vsync?
Without Vsync, my game was 60 frames “”””PER SECOND”””” but the load wasn’t properly balanced… the game was fluid, then slow, then fluid, then slow. Frames grouped together, then rarified. It was bad. On average, I had 60 frames… but really it was alternating between 5 fps and 200 at random, making it feel like shit.
