Should I size up or down for Tevas?
#1 How do Teva sandals fit? Due to their velcro fastening, Teva work for everyone, whether you’ve got wide or narrow feet. They can come up a bit long, so if you’re in between sizes, round down and opt for the smaller size.

First I checked the size chart on Teva’s web site, and the measurements seemed true to our usual sizes and the length of our feet, so I took a chance and did not order a half size smaller.
How does Teva sizing work?
In a straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot. If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart on the next page. Foot length will determine your shoe size – round up or down to the closest size with 2mm.
Can I wash my Tevas in the washing machine?
We do not recommend that you wash any of our footwear products in a washing machine due to the damage that can be done to the materials and the construction of the shoes during the process.
How do you get the smell out of Tevas?
If you wash the shoes and still find that an odour persists, you can try some of these methods as well: Mix one (1) cup of Listerine (or any other antibacterial mouth wash) with two (2) cups of water. Soak the sandals for 15 minutes, then scrub with a soft bristled brush. Let air dry.
