There’s a high probability that all assignments are written by people with similar experience to those students in your class. Even if this is not the case, that’s still one advantage of having a student writing assignments on their own. In the most likely case, the student who wrote the paper has had similar experience to students in your class or it’s close to it. In this situation, it just becomes easier for students who are writing reports or are in charge of them to be the ones choosing the format and structure. This is one of the main reasons students like to do their own research reports.

What you should always remember with student writing assignments is to make sure they are not just written out without any attention for the student’s own needs. This is also true when it comes to choosing a particular style, which we will explain.
Choosing style: Using a Style Guide
The way you choose a style for your students writing assignments is not the main consideration for the type of report you choose to write. What you should be considering is the overall structure and format of the report. If the student report is supposed to be published and published in a magazine or a special issue within the school, then it would make sense to choose a simple print style; for example:
Simple Report Format
The final result of the essay should make the students feel positive about their academic performance in school and should be seen as a reflection of their academic accomplishments.
The final page of a report should contain an overall summary of the report and a short list or sub-list with specific details about the student’s accomplishments, achievements, and skills in the course of the class. They should not go over too much of the details of a particular subject.
These are our first impressions for a short report. We are sure, once you are reading through them, we are going to change our opinions on them later, once we look at the report and check the quality. One thing that we don’t like is when a student doesn’t write more detailed summary of their essays, nor is it as detailed as the final report. That is what we recommend to you; make your student’s report more clear and detailed.
Let us now have a look at an example from our past work for the university:
1) Format of the Report
This is an example of a report for the students preparing for university examinations and it could be used to help the students with their schoolwork and academic development.
The Report Format:
The first thing that you might notice is that there is a huge amount of text; a significant amount of this is on each page. So the overall format is that each of the sections has a page for it’s own type and a page for the sub-list. The last page is a blank page, you can write on it whatever you want.
The overall structure and form of this paper is clearly visible. The sections of the report and each of the sub-lists for each one contains paragraphs and paragraphs of text that give detailed information about the student’s performance in that section. The main sections of the report are: summary, explanation of performance, achievements and skills, and any remarks or any more details that come into the main topics mentioned on the main page.
2) Summary Form – Use of Presentational Elements
In this report we are using only the basic structure. You can see
