Good thesis examples:
I would like to draw attention to the fact that, in this system, there is no single point of accountability and everyone’s personal performance has to be evaluated separately.

He found that on average, the university’s degree conferral office had little knowledge about what the students had learned over the course of the full academic year and that the students they knew well often knew more about their subject than the institution had reported to them from the beginning of the academic year.
When we evaluate other scientists, it is necessary to pay more attention to their data as to the original findings. We must take more care than we do in judging the quality of academic papers that are first produced by professors as the basis for their own reports. Only when the results of the original research are thoroughly analyzed and verified will results of different kinds be judged in the same way.
When I began my teaching my first year at the University of Chicago, we used an evaluation system, based on the evaluation of student reports. I am currently the program director for the department chair and the chair’s chief academic officer. In that capacity, I work with a committee to evaluate individual department and faculty members.
