What is a definition of poverty that is defined by the American economist and sociologist Wolfson Amadeu as the emotional deprivation of the person’s material assets, the lack of reasonable opportunities in social and economic activity, the inability to communicate with other people, the lack of the ability to maintain own dignity, self-esteem, enjoy respect from others, those goods that are important for happy everyday life. The poorest definition of poverty is the income of the individual as much as possible. This quality began to be called poverty in the 1680s. Then, the word began to spread to mean “the poor act,” which in fact was interpreted as a wide swath of individuals, mostly poor. From this perspective, the term “poor” began to spread in a clear and accessible form. In the past few decades, it has only been strengthened. The number of people affected by this phenomenon has increased. The complexity of the problems of this situation is reflected in the following aspects: the economy and the social network have become the main tools for managing the poverty, and therefore, have become the main agents of social control.
The economy is a set of phenomena, which reproduces the status positions of the population, the conditions and possibilities of others. It is the aggregate of mechanisms that help to achieve the goals of the entire population, including the maintenance of income and living standards at a level of the highest necessary income, high social standard. In this sense, the term “middle class” means a part of society that has the incomes above the middle class.
The social network is a place for the accumulation of the most important social relationships. The basic mechanism of the social interaction of the individual and the social network is based on the correspondence with the incomes of other people. In order to be able to help a person, a person must have the income which is above the middle class.
The income of each participant in the social network is determined by the average amount of income that is realized in the process of social consumption, i.e. the average amount of money received by all members in the form of wages, income from property and self-employment. The social status of representatives of this layer is determined by the position in the labor market, in power, and influence over the activities of these representatives.
In the sphere of political affairs, the relationship between the ruler and the population, the state and society is carried out through intermediaries: bureaucrats, social leaders, business representatives, etc. However, the modern state is a “special case”. It is the only one in the world that is able to take on the role of the “experiment” that has the results that the society expects from it. The state, a cumbersome mechanism, does not have the characteristics of a “normal” state. It is characterized by a constant desire for change, and there is absolutely no reason for optimism.
On the background of increasing diversity of people, different states and peoples have their own problems. The problem of poverty is especially acute for a young family. The youngest members of the family (between 20-28 years old) are usually the lowest paid. This type of poverty has the least impact on the life of the poor. So, the following implications should be mentioned in essays on poverty:
Relations between the marriage are regulated by socioeconomic norms, legal acts of the government. Since the receiver is the borrower, the general plan for the marriage is the formation of a family, the community’s attitude towards the marriage.
The social function of the marriage is to provide a standard of living for a family. The role of the marriage is to contribute to the growth of a common economy. The results of the marriage are deposited in the memory of the individual and are used to assess the level of production, demand for certain services, measures to improve the material situation, etc.
