What is the difference between the SAT and the ACT. Which has more math?

QUESTION
What is the difference between the SAT and the ACT. Which has more math?
What is the difference between the SAT and the ACT. Which has more math?

ANSWER
The ACT has 4 Sections: English, Science, Math, and Reading (with an optional essay).

The SAT has 3 Sections: Critical Reading, Math, and Writing.

Each of the ACT sections is 60 minutes long — but you only do them once.

Each of the SAT sections is 10-25 minutes long — but you do several ones in each subject (in random order).

Supposedly, the SAT measures how you THINK or REASON, whereas the ACT tests your KNOWLEDGE.

If you are the type of student who prefers to memorize facts, you might do better on the ACT.

If you are the type of student who prefers to figure things out for yourself, you might do better on the SAT.

I did much better on the SAT. Good luck!
