I have lived in Somerset, Wisconsin for about a year now and decided to take a short trip over to Osceola, Wisconsin to photograph the Cascade Falls. I quickly found free parking along the street above the falls and grabbed my camera. There are stairs, but they had railings along both sides and were easy to descend to the lower falls area.
