Where can I pick up my UAB one card?
You can get your ONE Card made at the One Stop office. You will need to bring a government issued photo ID. All new students get their first card free of charge. If you lose your ONE Card, you can also get a replacement at the One Stop office.
What do I do if I lost my UAB one card?
If your ONE card has been lost or stolen you should report this immediately to a ONE Card office. There will be a fee of $15 to replace your ONE Card. Employees, affiliates, and visitors are required to have a completed ONE Card Request Form in order to receive a replacement card. No form is required for students.

Do I have to change my photo to get a new ONEcard? We require current photos (less than 2 years old) to be printed on ONEcards. Please feel free to use our online photo submission site to select a photo of your choosing. Alternately, we are able to take a new photo in our office.

The BlazerID registration form is asking for my employee/student number — what is that? If you are a UAB employee, then you have a 7-digit Oracle employee number. If you are a UAB student, then you have a 9- character Banner ID number which starts with the letter ‘B’.

Add Funds. BlazerBucks deposits can be made to the Student Services Office in person, by mail, at a BlazerBucks value transfer station and online. To pay in person, visit UAB Student Services in Blazer Hall, room 131. UAB Student Services only accepts checks.

The Conestoga ONE Card is the official identification card for all employees. Employees have access to all services offered through the ONE Card Program including using the card for purchasing at off-campus locations or to purchase a membership to the Rec Centre.
