The app is Acapella from PicPlayPost (from Mixcord, inc.) and its icon is a red square with two microphones. It will work on either an iPhone or iPad, but there’s not currently a working version for Android.
How do you use the Acapella app?
To record, press the big red button at the bottom of the screen. The app will begin counting down. If your headphones aren’t plugged in, the app will remind you at this point to plug them in. After you record, you can either “redo” your recording or hit continue.
