Can you go down to Webster Falls?
First, you can only view Websters Falls from the top of the waterfall. There is no longer a staircase that allows access to the base of the falls. Furthermore, there’s also no access to the hiking trail that used to run from the base of the escarpment to the bottom of Webster Falls.

If you want to reach the base of the Falls, start at Webster Falls, and take the stairway down into the gorge, and follow the trail downstream. Spencer Creek tumbles its way through curves and rocks, providing lots to look at.
How do you get to the bottom of DeCew Falls?
Lower DeCew Falls is easier to access, albeit it requires a bit more hiking. Follow the Bruce Trail until you notice a sharp turn to the right. From here you should be able to hike downwards to the riverbed. Be careful where you step and take your time!
