Can I take a guest on my National Trust membership? You can bring a guest with you if you have an individual life membership; otherwise, they’ll need to either pay to visit or also become a member.

Do National Trust members pay entrance fees?
National Trust members also receive free entry, so it is at your discretion whether to refund the entrance fee to members if you have included it in your package – this is not refunded by the National Trust. Members must bring their current membership cards with them to avoid paying the full group rate.
Can I take a friend on my National Trust card?
Individual life and individual senior life members may bring a guest for free at our pay-to-enter places. If your new membership card says ‘+ guest’ after your name, you are eligible.
How many children can you have on a National Trust family membership?

Can I include them on my family membership? Yes, you can. You can either join online with details of 10 children and then call us later to add the details of the other children, or join at one of our places or over the phone when we’ll take the details of all of the children.
