Does Sigep pledge?
We do not haze or have a pledge process. Instead, our members are expected to develop through our Balanced Man Program. We encourage new members to take on leadership positions in the fraternity during their first year.

William Lazell Phillips, better known to brothers as “Uncle Billy,” dedicated much of his life to SigEp. Uncle Billy served in many roles, including as the Fraternity’s first Grand Secretary, first editor of the SigEp Journal and Grand President.
