How do I check my IRD payments?
You can see your upcoming and past Working for Families payments in myIR.
- In myIR, go to your Working for Families account.
- Select ‘View details’ to see upcoming payments.
- Select ‘Transactions’ to see past payments. Select the year you want to view payments for.
How do I log into myIR?
If the IRD number is 8 digits long, you’ll need to add a 0 to the start of it.
- Create a myIR web name. Your web name is what will be displayed on your myIR account.
- Create a myIR user ID.
- Choose how you want us to contact you.
- Activate your account.
- Check your email.
- Submit password.
How do I get my income summary from myIR?
To get to your income summary in myIR go to your ‘Income tax’ account, and select ‘View details’ next to the ‘Earning summary’ heading. An overview of your income by source is displayed, along with the amount (income before tax) and any PAYE/deductions.
Why can’t I log into myIR?
You will need your myIR logon username and the email address that’s registered with your myIR logon to reset your password. You can reset your password by choosing ‘Forgot password?’ on the myIR login page. Passwords must be at least 5 characters long.
How do I get my tax refund from IRD?
