As stated above, you get rep by Killing TWilight mobs which drop Encrypted Twilight texts. You can save the Armor sets they drop and summon elementals who again drop Abyssal crests, turn 3 in and you get rep and a pouch with money and maybe some greens.
How do you get Cenarion reputation after honored?
The main way to gain reputation with the Cenarion Expedition is by killing mobs throughout Outland and its dungeons, although certain mobs stop giving reputation after reaching Honored.

Can you disenchant Twilight cultist?
I submitted a ticket to the GM’s and was told by GM Verrta that these items were not supposed to be able to be Disenchanted. They have made it so that the Twilight set cannot be DE’d and it’s now working as intended. Do not farm for these or get them off AH if you want to DE them. It no longer works.
How many unidentified plant parts do I need?
360 Unidentified Plant Parts are required to get to honored from scratch (330 for humans).
