I’ve never used parchment paper, I always use the new non-stick aluminum foil. But I would say that anything you can use in an oven can be used on the Pizzazz, so yes. Just make sure nothing extends over the edges of the cooking tray, otherwise it will hit the main unit and stop rotating and burn the food.

What’s the difference between Pizzazz and pizzazz plus?
The Pizzazz Plus is just the way the manufacturer is branding the newer version of the appliance, indicating that it can cook pizza “plus” lots of other things, like chicken wings, etc. The newer model has an improved timer, in my opinion-the older model that I owned years ago had kind of a touchy timer.
