Is Guilty Crown it worth watching?
The series has great production quality in terms of animation and artwork. Despite a few holes in its story, the plot of Guilty Crown is interesting and a great watch for those interested in post-apocalyptic themed stories.

In the end of the series we see Inori doing the same thing, and Shu fully accepts it and decides to rest in eternity with Inori inside the crystal, taking all the remnants of Void/Apocalypse from the world and into eternal rest.
Is Inori Shu’s sister?
She’s later revealed to be created by Da’ath to become the vessel of Mana, Shu’s sister and the patient zero of the Apocalypse Virus. At the end, when Shu tries to take in all of the Apocalypse Virus into himself, Inori somehow saves him and sacrifices herself so that Shu can live on.

It may sound pretty nice at first, but trust me; Dragonaut isn’t very nice – not nice at all. The producers throw in a bunch of romance elements in the show, which was (mentioned by another reviewer) great in the beginning, which soon became very annoying and repetitive throughout the anime.

Why is it called Guilty Crown?
The anime is called, “Guilty Crown,” because despite having this amazing “King’s Power”, he’s burdened by it. He has anxiety, he cries, he has so much pressure placed upon him to carry on. He loses nearly everyone and everything he holds dear but (spoilers), he saves the world.
