What does A333 mean on a plane?
As noted, A333 means A330-300 meaning it is a longer version of the A330. There is also the A330-200 (A332) which is shorter (has fewer rows) but has a longer range. The 333 is a very nice aircraft (but I have not flown the US version). All aircraft have a three digit abbreviation.
