Is a conure or a Quaker parrot better?
They can both talk and both can turn into velcro birds if allowed to and handled with tlc. Quakers speak more clearly (and I swear they do understand context) while gccs have a much lower more gravelly voice. They are both pretty much fearless of anything (which can be dangerous for them).
