How much fabric do I need for Bloomers?
Only four measurements are needed, and you should be able to make them with around 1.5m (1⅔ yds) of 150cm (54”?) wide fabric and a piece of 25mm (1”) elastic as long as your waist.

Fold the leg casings under 3/4” and pin. Now, stitch around the waistband and the leg openings, and each time leave a small opening to insert the elastic.
