Is RST forks a good brand?
RSt forks are known to be low quality. The reason why you don’t see many high end bikes with them is it is not the worth the manufacturers money or RST’s money ot make higher end fork, no one wants a RST fork on their 3k rig.

Performance wise, there is no contest. Nothing against the suntour, but it uses a very basic port orifice damper design. The Manitou uses a fully shimmed damper that is normally only found on top level forks. The suntour is a decent entry level fork, but the Manitou will blow it away performance wise.
Is Manitou owned by Fox?
