How do I get a Bellingham library card?
Applications will be accepted in person at any of our Bellingham Public Library locations. If you prefer, you may print out an application to complete in advance and bring with you. Please bring your photo ID. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to be present when you apply.

Complete an online Minor Declaration and Change Form. In the blue box at the bottom of the form, attach the completed Minor Plan of Study Worksheet and your highlighted student record and TER pdfs. Course withdrawal from the beginning of the third week to the end of the seventh week is permitted. After the seventh week of the quarter, course withdrawal is not permitted. Course withdrawal deadlines are published in the dates and deadlines section of the Registrar’s Office website and the Summer Session website.
