How do I reset my Deltatrak?
To restart the unit without changing settings, press and hold down both the START and STOP buttons at the same time until stops flashing on the LCD. Release the buttons and the LCD will flash all icons while it resets.
What is RF kit?

Stick the probe in the ice bath and hold the CAL button for 5 seconds. “CALL” will display on the LCD indicating it is in calibration mode. If the display reads “ERR” it means the water is too warm for the thermometer to be calibrated.
