What is EAD Eurocontrol?
The European aeronautical information services database (EAD) is a centralised reference database of quality-assured aeronautical information that enables users to retrieve and download AIS data in real time.
Are NOTAMs part of AIP?
NOTAM, or ‘Notice to Airmen’, List is a plain-language presentation of all current NOTAMs listed in the NOTAM checklist issued monthly. It also contains the checklist of current AIP SUPs and the reference numbers of the latest Singapore AIP amendment, AIP SUP and AIC issued.

Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) are granted when an individual has a pending Immigration Petition for Permanent Residence or I-485. The card permits non-citizens to legally work in the United States for a U.S. employer.
How often is AIP published?
AIPs are kept up-to-date by regular revision on a fixed cycle. For operationally significant changes in information, the cycle known as the AIRAC (Aeronautical Information Regulation And Control) cycle is used: revisions are produced every 56 days (double AIRAC cycle) or every 28 days (single AIRAC cycle).
How often is AIP updated?
every 8 weeks
Updates are provided in the form of Amendments and Supplements. Amendments: Are provided every 8 weeks or 6 times per year on all even cycles (cycles 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12) Provide major updates to the AIP.
Is it possible to get green card before EAD?
Absolutely, once the I-485 is approved, there is no longer any need for EAD and AP because you can work and travel with the green card.
How does Airac cycle work?
The AIRAC cycle ensures that, around the world, information is always revised simultaneously. The days that information changes become operational (known as effective days) are internationally pre-determined and means that ‘effective days’ always fall on the same day of the week; Thursday.
