What happens if I don’t collect my DPD parcel?
Missed a delivery? You’re spoilt for choice! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or come to the depot to pick it up.

St Ives
The latest move by the American-inspired food chain means it will have nine restaurants in all. Founder Richard Boon opened The Hub in St Ives in 2003 and then hatched the idea for Hubbox, a burger restaurant in a container on Truro’s Lemon Quay, in 2012 before moving into the city’s Kenwyn Street in July 2014.

Since Richard Boon first opened our flagship Hub restaurant in 2003 on the harbour front in St Ives, the Hub Box name has steadily grown, and our simple passion for life-enhancing good food and drink has not changed one bit. Each visit to Hub Box is a celebration of the life we enjoy in Cornwall.
How many delivery attempts does DPD make?
If you don’t call DPD, they’ll try to deliver your order on the next working day. If you’re not there again, it’ll try again for a third time on the next working day after that. If you still weren’t able to receive your order after the third attempt, DPD will hold on to it for seven days.
